A Nice Love Story

If you are on a boat with your loved one but the boat started to sink and there's only one life saving jacket on it, what will you do? Would you save yourself and leave your loved one behind or give the jacket to your loved one and let yourself die. Well , that's a difficult decision but try to read this story, you will surely appreciate what the guy did to his loved one.

A girl and a boy were on a motorcycle, speeding through the night. They loved each other a lot;

Girl: "slow down a little, I'm scared."
Boy: "No, it's so fun."
Girl: "please, it's so scary."
Boy: "Then, say that you love me."
Girl: "Fine... I love you...can you slow down now?"
Boy: "Give me a big hug."

The girl gave him a big hug.

Girl: "Now, can you slow down?"
Boy: "Can you take off my helmet and put it on? It's uncomfortable and it's bothering me while I drive."

The next day there was a story on the newspaper. A motorcycle had crashed into a building because its brakes were broken. There were two people on the motorcycle, of which one died, and the other had survived. The guy knew that the brakes were broken. He didn't want to let the girl know, because he knew that the girl would have gotten scared. Instead, he was told the last time that she loved him, got a hug from her, put his helmet on her so that she can live, and.... die himself.

Now, what can you say with the guy's actions? For me its LOVE MADE IN HEAVEN that made him save his girl's life instead of saving his own. Selfless guys like him are very rare to find nowadays. That's a heroic act for me.

The Butterfly

Wheew! It's been so long since I last dropped some lines on my blog. Now my friends I got to read another inspiring messages from the web and I want to share this with you. Try to read this and be delighted.

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could, and it could go no further.

So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon.

The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small shriveled wings.

The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.

Neither happened! In fact the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with its swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.

What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our lives. If God allowed us to go through our lives without any obstacles, it would cripple us.

We would not be as strong as what we could have been. We could never fly!
